The beehives are an essential part of this, pollinating our fruit and vegetables in the kitchen garden. Not only are they essential to our edible garden, but also to our floral one, rewarding us with this delicious, golden honey. The surrounding orchards, meadows and hedgerows give the honey its distinct flavour.
